If you’ve purchased a Monthly Extension but are:

Still within your original 30-Day or 60-Day writing timeframe, or

Have not yet entered into the newly billed Monthly Extension window,
then you are eligible for a full refund of your Monthly Extension purchase.
However, once the extension timeframe begins and account access is given, the plan becomes active and non-refundable.
